The way I see it, our nutrition needs fine tuning to our body, and we have to enjoy it in order to keep it up and have it become a new habit. With the right nutrition, our body can use the maximum of what it gets to balance the different systems, to have energy, to build muscle and to get rid of what’s not needed
What I offer is the combination of knowledge and my close guidance to support you in YOUR health journey, so that you don’t have to go through this alone. It’s about empowerment, developing a healthier relationship with food, enjoying meals without guilt and breaking old patterns- all that with me being at your side (daily if needed) during the weeks of the program!
