Balancing Nutrition is a program that combines the principles of low-carb nutrition (such as ketogenic diet, Atkins, Paleo, or carnivore diet), intermittent fasting, and studies on how food choices and the order you eat your food during the meal affect your blood sugar levels. It’s focused on understanding your individual needs and helping you achieve a better balance in your hormonal system, restore your gut health and improve your metabolism all of which will lead to an all round better functioning of your whole system, and reaching and maintaining a balanced weight.
What I offer is the combination of knowledge and my close guidance to support you in YOUR health journey, so that you don’t have to go through this alone. It’s about empowerment, developing a healthier relationship with food, enjoying meals without guilt and breaking old patterns- all that with me being at your side (daily if needed) during the weeks of the program!
