Join me in this 5-session programme including:
- Understanding how to balance blood sugar levels and reach a better balanced hormonal system
- Identifying and supporting your personal weak points to reach this balance
- Practice methods that will help you change old habits and establish sustainable ones instead
- Access to simple, delicious recipes (low-carb and sugar free) that will help you achieve your goals almost effortlessly while enjoying food to the fullest! (These recipes will help you overcome your sugar and carb cravings)
The retreat will be tailored to your personal needs and include a wonderful accommodation in the beautiful village of Orgiva, in the province of Granada, Southern Spain. We will meet for daily sessions and you will also have some time to unplug in this beautiful area, only an hour from the historic city of Granada, and half an hour from the mediterranean beach. You will not only be fully supported and pampered in this part of your health journey, but also have time to unwind and relax.
Hormonal Balance courses

THE NEXT COURSE WILL START JANUARY 12TH, 2026
The weekly group sessions will not only include the necessary information of this health and weight-loss journey and the keys to achieve a hormonal balance, but also be a source of support for all those who attend by doing this together and sharing our experiences along the way. The basic program will contain:
- 5 sessions with an intimate group of up to 10 participants.
- My close accompaniment, daily if necessary, making sure you feel safe and supported, understanding how to implement what you are learning in your daily routine.
- The sessions will be accompanied by an active whatsapp support group of the participants that will remain open a couple of weeks after the program ends.
Menopause Retreat
The Menopause Retreat is the ultimate way to start your health and weight-loss journey in an ideal scenario!
In a beautiful location in Andalusia (Southern Spain), with stunning views and a swimming pool (in season), you will have the opportunity to dive into the ins and outs of your healthy nutrition journey while also having the space to relax and be pampered ❤️
- A daily workshop explaining what and how to eat in order to keep you blood sugar levels down- helping your body to get back into hormonal balance.
- Daily cooking workshop preparing inspiring recipes together and learning how food can be a feast even when your goal is to get healthier and lose weight.
- Daily yoga or stretching session.
- Walks or hikes in the beautiful surroundings.
- Visit to the nearby White Villages.
- And whatever will rise during the week from the group…
At the end of this retreat you will have all the tools to continue this health journey at home including written material and access to recipes that will support you along the way. Plus, we will keep an active WhatsApp group of the participants, sharing and supporting each other during the following weeks.
