One-on-one Retreats:

 

Nestled in the beautiful village of Orgiva, Andalusia, this retreat is a rare opportunity to step away from the noise of daily life and focus entirely on your health and wellbeing — in one of the most naturally stunning corners of Europe.

The retreat will be fully tailored to you. Ahead of your arrival, you’ll be invited to fill in a detailed questionnaire so that we can shape the programme around your individual needs and goals.

Each day we will meet for sessions where you will learn the foundations of the programme, and have the space to share and reflect upon your process. Food is often deeply tied to emotions and memories, and this retreat holds space for that — because lasting change starts from the inside out.

You’ll also have plenty of time to enrich your experience with yoga, massage treatments, an infrared sauna, or a session with one of the many gifted therapists I collaborate with. These therapies are available to book as a welcome additions to your stay, and are extra to the basic price.

And of course, there is time simply to breathe — just an hour from the historic city of Granada and half an hour from the Mediterranean coast, or closer to home with a walk through the Alpujarras hills or a dip in the pool. This is your time to be fully supported, pampered, and nurtured, while also finding space to truly unwind.

You will leave here feeling relaxed, recharged, and empowered — carrying with you the practical tools and knowledge to continue living this path long after you return home.

Accommodation:

 The retreat takes place in a tranquil oasis on the edge of the village — a collection of charming private apartments set among gardens, about 20–30 minutes’ walk from the centre of Orgiva. Each apartment has its own bathroom, kitchen, living area, and private terrace, offering the privacy and tranquillity that a truly restorative stay deserves. In summer, the pool is yours to enjoy. In winter, you will be provided with wood for the wood burner. Clean sheets and towels are provided, and a laundry service is available.

Catering:

Nutrition is at the heart of this retreat, and your meals reflect that. You’ll be provided with nourishing, carefully chosen ingredients and prepared meals that are as delicious as they are good for you. On some days we’ll cook together — so that by the time you leave, you’ll have not just a new relationship with food, but the skills and inspiration to carry it forward in your everyday life.

Group Retreats:

In a beautiful location in Andalusia (Southern Spain), with stunning views and a swimming pool (in season), you will have the opportunity to dive into the ins and outs of your healthy nutrition journey while also having the space to relax and be pampered ❤️

  • A daily workshop explaining what and how to eat  in order to keep you blood sugar levels down- helping your body to regenerate and get back into hormonal balance.
  • Daily cooking workshop preparing inspiring recipes together and learning how food can be a feast even when your goal is to get healthier and lose weight.
  • Daily yoga or stretching session.
  • Walks or hikes in the beautiful surroundings.
  • Visit to the nearby White Villages.
  • And whatever will rise during the week from the group…

Accept of that, each participant will also have one-on-one time with me to make sure your individual needs are met.

At the end of this retreat you will have all the tools to continue this health journey at home including written material and access to recipes that will support you along the way. Plus, we will keep an active WhatsApp group of the participants, sharing and supporting each other during the following weeks.
