About Me
My name is Hagar, I’m a 53 year old, mother of three beautiful happy people and partner of my big love since forever. A kindergarten teacher, a birth and death doula, a carer, a chef, and passionate about cooking and creating food that will support our bodies and soul. I have helped numerous people of different ages through periods of major transition in their lives.
Life, pregnancies, Perimenopause and passion for food and natural health, lead me to a few good years of research, taking courses and studying on my own- understanding how can I heal my body by supporting it correctly. After 30 years of heavy migraines I found what triggered them (in my case it was intolerance to the vegetables of the nightshade family), and meanwhile managed getting very high blood pressure back to normal, getting rid of a prediabetic state, healed my fatty liver…and what’s more- I’m stronger, healthier, more in control, feeling younger and 20 kg. lighter!
I see it as my mission to support and council others, teaching them the ins and outs of low-carb based diet, finding how to joyfully and without feeling deprived go through this beautiful journey of fine tuning your body.
