Carnivore Pizza (Mizza)

This Pizza is made on a "crust" of ground meat. Zero carbs, delicious fresh from the oven and definitely cold as well. Ideal for next day lunch or a picknick. Inspired by a few YouTube videos.

Ingredients:

  • Crust for 4 pizzas (depending on size):
  • 400 gr. ground chicken, turkey, or meat of choice

  • 100 gr. grated cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, gouda...)

  • Herbs and seasoning to taste (Salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano)

  • Toppings:
  • Home made tomato sauce

  • Hard cheese for topping

  • and toppings as you like (onion, olives, mushrooms...the sky is the limit)

  • Extras:
  • Baking paper

Directions:

  • Crust:
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  • Line an oven tray with parchment paper
  • Mix the ingredients of the crust and divide into equally sized balls
  • flatten the balls on the baking paper. Make it flatter tahn you thin becayse meat shrinks and the crust becomes thicker when you bake it.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes (this depends on your oven) and take out of the oven (leave the oven on)
  • Assembling the pizza:
  • Spread sauce on the botoom of the pizza
  • Add the ingredients of the toppings as you wish
  • Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes or till nice and crispy (depending on oven you might want to put it on grill for 2-3 minutes at the end)
