Carnivore Pizza (Mizza)

minutesThis Pizza is made on a "crust" of ground meat. Zero carbs, delicious fresh from the oven and definitely cold as well. Ideal for next day lunch or a picknick. Inspired by a few YouTube videos.
Ingredients:
- Crust for 4 pizzas (depending on size):
400 gr. ground chicken, turkey, or meat of choice
100 gr. grated cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, gouda...)
Herbs and seasoning to taste (Salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano)
- Toppings:
Home made tomato sauce
Hard cheese for topping
and toppings as you like (onion, olives, mushrooms...the sky is the limit)
- Extras:
Baking paper
Directions:
- Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
- Line an oven tray with parchment paper
- Mix the ingredients of the crust and divide into equally sized balls
- flatten the balls on the baking paper. Make it flatter tahn you thin becayse meat shrinks and the crust becomes thicker when you bake it.
- Bake for about 20 minutes (this depends on your oven) and take out of the oven (leave the oven on)
- Assembling the pizza:
- Spread sauce on the botoom of the pizza
- Add the ingredients of the toppings as you wish
- Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes or till nice and crispy (depending on oven you might want to put it on grill for 2-3 minutes at the end)
