Crunchy Sesame Cookies

minutesEasy and fast to make, keep well in an air tight container. Your family and friends don’t have to know that they contain año gluten, sugars or anything harmful!
Ingredients:
1 (very full) cup of sesame seeds- roasted in a pan and put aside to cool off
¾ cup almond flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
¾ tsp. Himalayan salt
1 large egg
¼ cup coconut oil
Stevia to taste
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
- Mix all the dry ingredients well. Add the egg and oil and kneed till you have a good ball of dough
- Lay baking paper on your flat oven tray
- Form little balls and flatten them to thin flat cookies and place on your sheet.
- Baking time will depend on size and thickness of your cookies, varying somewhere between 12-15 minutes.
(You’ll see a bit of browning and crust on the edges) - Let cool off completely and place in an air tight container. (If placed in the freezer, the cookies will keep well for weeks)
