Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour or finely ground almonds
Himalayan salt to taste (0.25-0.50 teaspoon)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. cold water
Finely chopped rosemary, or another herb if you prefer
Extras: Baking paper, rolling pin (or a bottle)
Method:
- Heat the oven to 150 degrees
- Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add the oil and water and mix until it forms a ball of dough
- Put the dough between two sheets of baking paper on the counter. Then, with a rolling pin, stretch the dough until you have a very thin layer
- Remove the paper from the top and cut the biscuits to the size you want.
- Put it in the oven for about 9-10 minutes. Important! - Every oven is different and it's easy to burn these cookies because they are so thin. When you see them change color and become a little brown, it's time to take them out of the oven.
- Let them cool completely before storing in a container.
